Pillow (also referred to as “Vibes”) helps companies run conversational user research campaigns. The Service enables customers to upload user lists, define research goals, and use AI-powered outreach over messaging channels (e.g., WhatsApp, iMessage) to collect qualitative insights at scale.
The Service is intended for business use by organizations.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Service is intended for business users. Where account creation is offered, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Use of messaging channels requires your organization’s compliance with those platforms’ terms and policies (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Apple Business Chat).

Features may evolve over time. We may provide maintenance (corrective and evolutive) and may temporarily limit access for updates.
The Service is hosted in the EU (Google Cloud Platform EU). Certain processing (e.g., messaging delivery, AI processing) may occur outside the EU. We use reasonable efforts to ensure availability, but no contractual service level agreement is provided.
